Lymphatic drainage massage focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system, which is a network of vessels and nodes in the body that help to filter out waste and toxins. Lymphatic drainage massage may improve functioning of the lymphatic system, which can help to reduce swelling and promote relaxation.
Hair & Wig

Hair and wigs are products used to style and cover the head. Hair can be natural or synthetic, and wigs can be made of various materials, such as human hair, synthetic fibers, or a combination of both. Hair and wigs may be able to be cut, colored, and styled in various ways to suit the Warrior's personal taste and needs for themselves. Having the right wig can make you feel good.

Chiropractic care is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders. Chiropractors use a variety of techniques, including spinal adjustments and manipulations, to treat a range of conditions, including back and neck pain, headaches, and joint pain. Holistic care is a form of health care that takes into account the whole person, including their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Boxing Classes/ Fitness

Boxing Classes/ Fitness (sessions will be personalized for each warrior): Boxing classes are fitness classes that teach participants how to box and provide a full-body workout. These classes may be tailored to the Warrior's needs and goals of each participant, and may include techniques and drills to improve strength, endurance, and coordination while providing a much needed release of stress from their every day life.
